About the Role

As CRM Manager you will …

  • Be responsible for the continued CRM implementation and advancement of its strategy, plans and systems for Wienerberger Ltd
  • Develop the strategy of CRM to be at the centre of all Commercial operations
  • Be responsible for the integration of the Wienerberger Business Units to CRM focusing on standardisation and accountability
  • Business Partner the Commercial functions to align the CRM processes, ensuring systems are maintained in line with the Digitalisation strategy of the Group
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of CRM and the Ceramix (mobile version of CRM) functionality
  • Ensure stakeholders are held accountable for data quality & completeness in the CRM system for customer data and project pipeline information
  • Take a central role in the planned upgrade of SAP CRM to SAP Sales Cloud
  • Represent the UK within the CRM Development Council (CDC) to jointly define the future functions and modules of Ceramix
  • Support, train and monitor all business users of CRM across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Category and Customer Support
  • Check pricing templates and supervise CRM project offers and price agreements
  • Support GDPR requirements in conjunction with UK Data Compliance team
  • Challenge the Sales team focusing on project pipelines and agreements made with customers
  • Develop and maintain CRM reporting in the current reporting tool Qlik
  • Provide KPI reporting and meaningful insights from Commercial data and articulate these to the SLT
  • Provide input to the Budget process highlighting potential P&L risk and volume requirements based on pipelines

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

About You

  • Experience of SAP systems including CRM
  • Demonstrate Commercial acumen with an understanding of Project sales
  • Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, team player
  • Planning & organisational skills
