Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller - Swedish Speaking to administer all data relating to the credit management of customers, maximize cash collections and achieve related Company targets whilst building and maintaining good customer relations. This role will specifically work with our Swedish speaking clients, so candidates must have fluency, both spoken and written in at least one of these languages.

What you will be doing

  • Cash collection via phone, email and letter.
  • Resolving outstanding account queries
  • Resolving outstanding internal queries
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices
  • Processing credit notes & refunds
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals
  • Providing credit checks for new and existing business
  • Work towards targets based on team cash collection and individual 90-day debt.
  • Reviews of overdue debt and outstanding queries.
  • Working to understand the complex nature of the business and gaining an understanding of the structure within Ricoh.

You will ideally have

  • Candidates will need to have fluency, both spoken and written in Swedish alongside English for this role.
  • Knowledge of complex cash and invoice reconciliations would be highly advantageous
  • Ideal candidates will have at least a GCSE or similar level professional qualification pass in Maths and English
  • The successful candidate will ideally be organized, have excellent communication skills, be confident and persistent, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • and have strong IT and Excel skills
  • Previous credit control experience would be highly desirable
