Contract:Fixed Term - 12 months

Salary: £21,000 per annum + excellent employee benefits

Location: Alton Court (Ross-on-Wye), with the possibility of flexible working

We currently have an opportunity for a 12-month fixed term contract for a Credit Controller to join our warm, professional and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone with experience of liaising with clients to collect outstanding debt in an effective and timely manner.

About the role:

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for;

  • Preparing a weekly list of overdue balances and making initial contact with clients to follow up
  • Sending overdue letters and following up with the most appropriate course of action
  • Responding to queries about outstanding balances
  • Liaising with our internal customer facing teams to ensure we manage communication with client appropriately.

About you:

As Credit Controller, you will;

  • Have proven experience of working in a similar role.
  • Have an excellent approach to customer service,
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Be highly motivated, collaborative and results driven.
