Creative Arts Teaching Assistant (Full Time)

£350 - £400 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role

Do you have a background in Creative Arts? Are you interested in gaining experience of working with children? We are looking for people who have experience in any of the following; Drama, Dance, Art, Music or Media to take the skills and knowledge that you have and work in a setting where you use them supporting children in a school environment.

This large, welcoming primary school in Birkenhead, Wirral, are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Creative Arts Teaching Assistant to support across the whole school. This full-time roll starts immediately, and is ongoing through to the next Academic Year. The successful candidate must have experience working with children, and a background in either Drama, Dance, Art, Music or Media.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Creative Arts Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
