About the role

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-planned lessons in various subjects and manage behaviour in the classroom on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of becoming a longer term position.

About the school

This vibrant and thriving secondary school based just outside of Crawley are looking to appoint a passionate Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-planned lessons of various subjects to 11 - 16 year olds where you will also be responsible for managing behaviour in the classroom. This part time Cover Supervisor will be joining a school that has been graded by Ofsted as ‘good’ in their most recent report back in 2019.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

  • Be confident
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals
  • Have a passion for working with young people

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Recent experience teaching or coaching children aged between 11 - 16
