The Project Construction Director role

At Peninsula Hotel, as a Construction Director, reporting into the current Project Director, you’ll play an important role overseeing the execution and completion of the pre-construction and construction phases of this mixed use project focussing on the residential part of the project

Based in the London regional on site you will have full ownership, responsibility and accountability working with your team.

Your profile

• You will have an excellent track record leading and delivering multi storey construction projects
• You’ll be degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related field.
• You will have Membership of construction industry related Professional Body (e.g CIOB,ICE.)
• Knowledge and understanding of forms of contract, (e.g NEC3, JCT D&B)
