JCB is looking for a Commercial Business Manager to join the Sales team

About Your Role

We have exciting plans to boost revenue, profit and market share over the next five years. In this key role, you’ll make them happen while supporting our Regional Sales team. Day-to-day, you’ll undertake market visits, review campaign requests, look for new opportunities and recommend courses of action. You’ll also amend prices systems for new product launches. When you’re not busy with these duties, you’ll be supporting our Business Units: identifying costs and suggesting process improvements. This role is a fixed term contract (12 months)

About You

Educated to degree standard (or equivalent), you’ll be an experienced Sales or Marketing professional. Organised, analytical and commercially sharp, you can manage projects and make calculations. Pricing, incentives and profitability will all be key areas, so strong financial analysis skills will be essential. Strong people skills are important too. You should be able to negotiate and express yourself clearly. If you can also make the most of MS Office – especially for reports and data analysis – we’d like to hear from you.
