We have an immediate opening for an End User Computing Engineer. This position can be located at our new company headquarters in Allentown, PA or can be available to those working remotely in the US. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.

What You’ll Do
  • This position will provide technical expertise and recommendations for the design, implementation, and technical standards within our end user computing environment.
  • Leads the selection criteria, engineering and execution of products and technologies, which includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, core operating systems, and application delivery (e.g., Citrix, AppStream).
  • Creates and maintains accurate documentation for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of key technologies.
  • Works closely with Enterprise Architecture to determine the best solutions aligning to the capabilities, roadmaps, architectural strategy and needs of the business.
  • Provides guidance to other team members in both engineering and support on related technologies and serves as a subject matter expert within the respective areas.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or related experience required
  • Highly, collaborative, accountable and results driven individual
  • Strong technical background with an emphasis working with End User Computing technologies
  • Creative Thinking – Learns new technologies and how best to leverage them to meet the business needs
  • Experience working with Microsoft end user technologies such as Windows Operating System, and Endpoint Manager (e.g., Intune, SCCM, MEM)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Strategic directions such as modern desktop management and autopilot
  • Understanding of application delivery strategies such as software distribution, application virtualization (e.g., Citrix, AppStream) and SaaS solutions
  • Experience with alternative PC capabilities such as mobile devices, tablets and MacOS is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
