Chef de Partie, Country Inn, Salary at £11.00 p/h Tronc, Warminster. Chefshare is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the newly appointed team in our clients spectacular country inn located outside of Warminster. Our client has recently taken on this stunning and rustic country inn, they have created an exceptional interior with 12 rooms available for guests which may be expanded to 16 soon. Moreover, they can cater for up to 60 covers indoors with an additional 20 covers in the private function room along with a further 60 covers in the outside seating area. They fayre served onsite will be of a high standard, encompassing modern English and European cuisines with attention to detail on sourcing the highest quality locally sourced ingredients to produce the A la cart menu. You will be expected to be a hands-on chef helping in all areas of the kitchen, from assisting with the preparation of foods to keeping daily record checks in line with governing health and safety bodies, furthermore you will be expected to assist the sous chef when the head chef is absent as well as working well within the team. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your own section as well as preparation of menu items. Furthermore, you will be expected to work well in a team as well as independently making sure you have completed all tasks in a timely manner. Your role as Chef de Partie Organising yourself & your section efficiently. Working closely with senior staff Good standard of hygiene. Assisting in ordering of stock. Preparation of ingredients for the menu. Managing junior staff. Working as part of a team & independently. Managing junior staff. Handling deliveries. Stock control. Planning out Mis en Place. Completing all tasks in a timely manner. Assist in creating items for the menu and specials. Details You will need your own method of transport due to the location of this business. Start date immediately. Salary: £11.00 per hour. A share of the tips. 45 hours per week. Full time. Splits and straight shifts. Working 5 days out of 7. 28 days holiday per annum. 1–2 Years’ experience required. Government pension scheme.
