An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team as a Care Coordinator at our extra-care housing site, Colliers Gardens in Fishponds, Bristol.
This is the opportunity to have a varied role with your time equally split between delivering care to our residents and planning and publishing the rosters for our care assistants.

About the role
Deliver care to our elderly tenants enabling them to live independently, making the most of their lives. This may include help with personal care.
To plan, prepare and publish the rosters for our care assistants ensuring all tenants requiring care are covered
To identify gaps in the roster, due to sickness or annual leave, and re-roster to ensure these are covered
Work closely with the Centre Manager and Team Leader to identify if there are any staffing needs
Your time will be split between:
17.5 hours per week dedicated to care
17.5 hours per week planning the rosters

£1 per hour enhancement for weekends and double time for bank holidays
Equivalent to 30 days paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to the equivalent of 33 after 5 years’ service (pro rata)
