An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team as a Care Coordinator at our extra-care housing site, Colliers Gardens in Fishponds, Bristol.

This is the opportunity to have a varied role with your time equally split between delivering care to our residents and planning and publishing the rosters for our care assistants.

About the role



  • Deliver care to our elderly tenants enabling them to live independently, making the most of their lives. This may include help with personal care.




  • To plan, prepare and publish the rosters for our care assistants ensuring all tenants requiring care are covered




  • To identify gaps in the roster, due to sickness or annual leave, and re-roster to ensure these are covered




  • Work closely with the Centre Manager and Team Leader to identify if there are any staffing needs




  • Your time will be split between:




    • 17.5 hours per week dedicated to care




    • 17.5 hours per week planning the rosters
