About the role
Supporting the Repairs Coordinator in their daily role and provide cover for absence when required.
Ensuring all contractor and direct labour operatives feedback is kept up to date within our systems.
Supporting the Repairs Team Leader in their daily role, including letter writing, preparing information for monthly reports, compiling H&S documentation, maintaining training records and the administration of the fleet vehicles.
To assist the Repairs Coordinator and maintenance team to order the appropriate equipment and materials to enable them to do the job.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys in line with company policy.
Provide key performance indicators to the management team.
Strive to deliver excellent customer service with external and internal customers.
Assist in any other duties that may be necessary which may include: providing administrative duties to the wider team, update customer details, work with the Customer Service Team to collect rent, arrange viewings, Etc.
About you
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Computer literate - Windows and Google Suite knowledge
Ability to handle and analyse data
Good communication, influencing, encouraging and coaching skills
An understanding of property, maintenance and housing would be preferable
Experience in an administrative role would be desirable
