We have an exciting opportunity due to team expansion for 3 x Business Engagement Specialists to join us! The roles will include supporting colleagues within our branch network on both digital engagement and own brand participation through our Plumbing and Heating operational structure.

We are looking for a people focused individual, with experience in a customer-facing role. You will work within a Region to increase colleague knowledge, confidence and develop a calendar of activity to help them proactively onboard customers to use our Digital platform.

This is a full time, field-based position, with a requirement to travel to visit branches and customers.

  • Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to sell a concept with benefits, suggest best course of action and resolution
  • Knowledge of digital products and services preferred not essential
