As Business Development Manager, you’ll successfully find new business and maintain long term relationships with customers to ensure they are operating effectively using both EPOS Bureau POS solutions. You’ll be targeted on new business and revenue and will work on a hybrid basis but will need to be commutable to our offices in Nottinghamshire.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing B2B sales role.
  • SaaS and/or IT technology sales experience is essential.
  • Capability to capture requirements and demonstrate the software’s ability to meet them.
  • Ability to produce good proposal documentation and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy with prospects.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant manner and calm disposition in difficult situations.
  • Experience in or willingness to be involved in the vibrant food retail sector.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Focused and self-motivated in challenging competitive environments.
  • Persuasive and confident individual with good presentation skills.
  • Ability to think laterally and to devise successful strategies.
