About the Role

We have an opening for a Full Stack VB.NET/C# Developer to join our dynamic Development Team at Swan Retail to provide high quality software to the retail industry.

The role encompasses back end and front-end technologies for our Furniture Retail System.

Job Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing applications
  • Delivering high quality and efficient code
  • Maintaining existing programs and developing new programs
  • Contributing to the specification and creation of new developments
  • Problem solving - debugging and resolving issues
  • Producing detailed design documentation
  • Ensuring continuous professional self-development

Requirements

Skills and Experience:
  • Commercial knowledge of VB.NET Framework including

C#/XML/CSS/HTML/JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience of working with/understanding and documenting APIs
  • Knowledge of Swagger Open Source
  • Solid understanding of object-orientated programming and design patterns
  • Knowledge of Agile Development
  • Full stack experience, working on frontend and backend (Desirable)
