Breakfast Team Member (Weekends)

Ibis Nottingham Centre is a budget hotel located in the centre of Nottingham near the Lace Market tram stop. The hotel boasts 142 modern bedrooms and a restaurant and bar.

As a Breakfast Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the breakfast service, including setting and maintaining the hot and cold breakfast buffet, maintaining food safety standards, preparing the food, welcoming guests, clear tables & clean the kitchen. Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.

This role is weekends only, working Saturday- Sunday 06:00- 12:00 daily (12 hours per week).

You must have a bubbly personality and in a nutshell be cool and awesome like the rest of our team. You will need to be able to work on your own, be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure. Basic IT skills and experience in cashiering would also be good. Don’t worry, full training will be provided.
