POSITION OVERVIEW

Providing a warm welcome to guests throughout our breakfast service will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they’re sure to remember!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties

  • Welcoming the guests to our lovely breakfast area
  • Good Knowledge of our products
  • Displaying the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station
  • Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
  • Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers’ tables.
  • Make sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.

Customer Relations

  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.
  • Take a positive problem solving approach with guest problems and concerns, call the Manager on Duty if difficulties arise.
  • Actively sell and promote, hotel facilities and services.
