Our vision is to leverage the incredible potential of technology to build vehicles that not only offer a premium, all-encompassing digital experience, but that also make our customers lives better.What To ExpectWorking cross-functionally as a part of an agile team you will actively support the design of the Well-being & Interior Experience features and systems, ensuring each system and feature contributes towards the desired customer needs and vehicle integration requirements. The ability to challenge the status quo, whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style is paramount to this fantastic opportunity.What You’ll NeedYou will need to have a thorough understanding of MBSE as you will be demonstrating the robustness through early verification and validation. Having a customer focused mindset is at the heart of this role as you will be responsible for translating business and customer requirements into appropriate technical specifications. You will be working on a whole host of interior features from multiple interconnected electro-mechanical components through to functional safety.Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceEssential:
  • Degree in Engineering or other STEM subjects.
  • Experience of using SysML and Matlab/Simulink for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Solid understanding of requirements definition and interface documentation required to support the development and acceptance of solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences on sometimes complex issues, topics and engineering principles and practices.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience of building and managing multiple relationships in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience of working in the automotive industry.
  • Domain experience in Powertrain, Chassis, ADAS, Body or Infotainment.
