Job Profile

An established independent Accountancy Practice based in Liverpool are seeking an Audit Senior to work within their friendly and driven Audit team. The Audit & Accounts Senior will be working within a mixed role and will be working on External Audits (70% of the role) as well as dealing with some yearend accounts. The Accounts & Audit Senior will have a few years Accountancy Practice experience with knowledge of corporation tax, accounts preparation and be based within a commutable distance to Birkenhead.

Audit Senior Position Overview

Working closely with the Audit & Accounts Senior you will be required to:

Preparation of Statutory Accounts under FRS105 and FRS102

Lead and organise Statutory Audits while supervising Semi Seniors on the team

Manage a portfolio of clients and assist in its development

Prepare ad-hoc reports for managers/clients

Assist clients with queries

Audit Senior Position Requirements

ACCA or ACA or QBE candidates are encouraged to apply

Experience

Leading & Organising Audits Is Essential

Experience

with statutory accounts preparation and corporate tax knowledge

Candidates with a drive to excel their career and create real, long term prospects

Audit Senior Position Remuneration

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
