We are looking to recruit a 0 - 3 PQE lawyer to work on a mixed caseload of commercial Real Estate work. Experience in a general commercial property case load is required either since qualification or as part of a training contract. Experience in Landlord and Tenant (acting for both or either landlords and tenants); dealing with investment work - acquisition and disposal, lettings and management; acting on acquisition and disposal of freehold property (inc conditional contracts) will be advantageous.
