Our highly regarded Trusts, Estates and Tax department in Oxford is looking for two 4+ PQE year Lawyers to join their busy team. Ideally, candidates will be a Member of STEP or in the process of becoming a STEP member. Candidates will have solid wills and probate experience and be experienced in running their own independent caseload of files, covering estate administration (including taxable estates), Wills and estate planning for high net worth individuals with an interest in dealing with high value, cross-jurisdictional and complex cases. There is the opportunity to work on complex mental capacity cases if the candidate has relevant experience. We are seeking ambitious, proactive individuals who have experience of supervising junior staff, an interest in business development and desire to develop their own specialisms. The team does a wide range of work and can accommodate the right candidate‘s preference to grow and specialise within any particular area of trusts, estates and tax work.
