We are currently looking to recruit an experience Assistant Operations Manager. As Assistant Operations Manager your role will be focusing on the day to day operations of this luxury country house hotel, and the strategic development of the business into the future. The key objective of this role is to ensure that sales and profitability are maximised and there is a strong focus on customer/guest service befitting this prestigious hotel.

Our client is a beautiful 4 red Star Hotel with 100+ bedrooms set in the heart of 66 acres of glorious park & boasts the longest uninterrupted view in Hampshire. With a 2 rosette Restaurant they are committed to delivering hospitality to the highest standard.

The Person

As Assistant Operations Manager you will have the following
  • A strong hotel operations background in both F&B and Front Office
  • Duty Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self motivated.
  • Enthusiastic, customer-focused and work within deadlines set to meet business and customer demands.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a team
  • The ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve the targets that will be set.
