Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will support in managing a full time team, with additional casuals for busy shifts, to deliver outstanding levels of food and beverage service across the main restaurant, and additional outlets including the bar and outside area.

A luxury 4AA red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a Michelin star the other 2AA rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.

The Person

The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager Will Have The Following
  • Experience as a strong supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Smart appearance
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service
  • Technical food and beverage knowledge to offer the required service and ability to develop the rest of the team
  • Management/Supervisory experience within a top quality food service hotel/restaurant required (2 Rosette standard)
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of waiters/esses & bar staff to ensure excellence
  • Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service.
