Pastry Chef De Partie

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De partie to assist in the management of the pastry team alongside the Head Pastry chef and Sous as this busy property. Working within the pastry kitchen you will be responsible for the pastry for all of the hotels F&B outlets including afternoon teas, banqueting, restaurant desserts to include their Michelin starred restaurant.

A luxury 4AA red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a Michelin star the other 2AA rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.

The Person

The ideal Pastry Chef De Partie will have the following:

Has previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience within a large pastry operation
  • Pastry Chef De Partie experience in a professional kitchen
  • Rosette experience desirable
  • Fresh food background.
  • Experience of pastry in top end dining as well as volume banqueting.
  • Flexible to work hours as required
