bis London Shepherds Bush is looking for Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team


In this position you will be responsible for :


  • Participate in the hotel’s organisation and manage the accommodation and restaurant team in line with the Brand’s Talent & Culture policy, while respecting the customer promise and current regulations
  • Be available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
  • Support the General Manager in the management of 128 bedroom hotel, ensuring a high level of quality across all departments
  • Maximise profitability and analyse data to make decisions in the operations
  • Lead and develop an empowered team
  • Implement a common vision and strategy with the team
  • Create a culture which is service focused, positive and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach
  • Carry out shifts accordingly business needs

Experienced:

  • Minimum 2 years experience required in management role in Hospitality.
