Job Description

Your missions will be:

  • Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in all his tasks
  • Responsible for the organisation and the quality of services offered to the customers, optimising and developing the sales of department
  • Coordinating,integrating, training, supervising and leading the team. Managing and motivating the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of services
  • Participating in the elaboration of the hotel’s sales and marketing plan. Putting together the department’s budget
  • Initiating new projects and overseeing their implementation and results
  • Ensuring the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Conveying the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
  • Working closing with all the head of departments managers to ensure a smooth operation

Work Experience

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK
