We are proud to be playing a critical role in the net zero transition, as we aim to more than treble the net capacity in operation to 13GW and grow renewable energy output five-fold to over 50TWh over the next 10 years.About The RoleAs Asset Standards Manager, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and complying with the asset management standards and safety rulesets relevant to our onshore wind portfolio. You will lead a team of subject matter experts and be the go-to person for Asset and Information Management across the operational fleet.To support our growing portfolio, you will cover assets throughout Europe including existing projects across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Italy and France.Base Location: Flexible across our locations in the UK and IrelandSalary: £61,100 - £91,700 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options availableYou Will Be Responsible For- Ownership of the asset management system and adhering to our operating model
- Readying the fleet for ISO 55001, developing and maintaining all associated documentation
- Leading the team of subject matter experts for Safety Rulesets
- Implementing an assurance programme to ensure standards are maintained and gaps closed
- Identifying and leading business improvement projects related to asset standards
- Awareness of the technologies and techniques associated with the management and improvement of data for asset performance
- Experience of leading teams including influencing and motivating those who do not directly report to you
- Understanding of commercial and technical risk management
- Audit experience and understanding of the ISO accreditation process
