The Company

MTrec are currently recruiting for a specialist firm based in the Consett area. These roles are for long term and will be offered a permanent position after a completion of a successful trial period.

The Role

Attend pre shift team briefings to discuss targets for the day ahead
Hand assembly on items, fitting nuts, screws and labels
Picking and packing of items, placing products into bags and sleeves
Manual handling duties throughout the day
Supporting the production lines, meeting companies’ deadlines
Packing and filling boxes with completed product, ready for dispatch
Palletising and stacking of items
Carry out visual quality inspection on items, checking for any issues and faults
Marking rework and report any issues to higher management
General housekeeping duties, ensuring workspace is kept clean

Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
