AMC provides long term mortgages for land and redeveloping farming and rural based businesses. We have over 90 years of supporting UK farming with
mortgages tailored to the specific needs of agriculture and rural business.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and engaging individual to be part of an exciting, long established Agricultural Business within SME Commercial Banking with a fantastic reputation nationally across the agricultural sector.

You’ll have responsibility for our East Anglia Region and will work with and as part of a Team of 8 Regional Agricultural Managers covering the AMC Business across the UK.

Working directly with new and existing customers, you’ll understand their businesses and provide appropriate funding through AMC.

Your responsibilities will also include working closely with a network of non employed AMC Agents and growing their lending performance. In addition, you’ll work with LBG Partners to provide both Switcher business leads and HP & Leasing leads for Commercial Finance.

Suitable candidates will be experienced finance and/or business professionals with highly developed local networks and business development experience. A consistent track record in new business development and credit applications completion will be crucial.

It would also be desirable, but not essential, to have some Agricultural sector experience and knowledge of SME regulatory/ compliance processes and procedures

This senior position creates a great platform for a self-motivated, high achieving individual to develop their career. The role requires a significant amount of travelling within the Regions (East Anglia and Lincolnshire) and attendance at our offices in Andover.
