This leading VoIP telephone provider is currently seeking an enthusiastic Admin / Office Assistant to support their sales team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to manage their customer orders, emails and calls on a day to day basis.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers
  • Providing customer quotes and helping the customer understand how products can add value to their business
  • Train customers on how to use the relevant products and services
  • Answer any customer queries, resolve problems and provide quotations
Preferred Experience
  • Admin within a sales office environment
  • Experience and knowledge of the sales process
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service whilst managing expectations
  • Knowledge of telecommunications
Essential Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience

Harold Wood, Essex based. Car preferable due to location. Parking is available on site.
