This leading VoIP telephone provider is currently seeking an enthusiastic Admin / Office Assistant to support their sales team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to manage their customer orders, emails and calls on a day to day basis.Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers
- Providing customer quotes and helping the customer understand how products can add value to their business
- Train customers on how to use the relevant products and services
- Answer any customer queries, resolve problems and provide quotations
- Admin within a sales office environment
- Experience and knowledge of the sales process
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service whilst managing expectations
- Knowledge of telecommunications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
Harold Wood, Essex based. Car preferable due to location. Parking is available on site.
