Tonbridge Area

If you are a Service or Parts Advisor looking for a change away from the norm and are looking for a chance to join a friendly and genuinely awesome business, then the is the role for you!!

My client is an independent specialist garage in the Tonbridge area filled with a talented and happy crew and due to expansion is now looking for the next piece of the puzzle.

The role will involve.

  • Delivering high quality customer service though phone, online and in store.
  • Preparation of customer orders.
  • Control stock levels to maintain minimum levels.
  • Handle warranty claims on returned parts.
  • Complete relevant administration work as required.

    • The successful candidate will need to be well organised, and customer focused. An automotive background would be highly beneficial but not essential for the right person. A good attitude towards your job and you colleagues is needed to succeed.

    Qualifications
    • Experience within a Service or Parts department would be highly beneficial.
    • Organised Individual.
    • Upbeat and positive attitude.
    • High customer service standards.

    Salary And Benefits
    • Up to £25,000
    • Health care scheme available
    • Staff discount available
    • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
    • Alternate Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30
