Job Description

My client is looking for a qualified HGV Technician to join their busy workshop team due to workload increases. You will be required to undertake maintenance, repair, and servicing to a range of vehicles under the HGV/PCV umbrella. All work must be completed to manufacturer standards. Responsibilities
  • Undertake HGV/PCV maintenance and repair as required
  • Complete training as required
  • Work as part of the existing team
Qualifications
  • NVQ 3 in Heavy Goods or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience
  • IRTEC a bonus
  • HGV or PCV Licence a bonus
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary to £19 per hour
  • Enhanced overtime rates – overtime available
  • Various shifts available, including alternating and lates
  • Overtime paid at time and a half over 42.5 hours
