The Together Housing Group is currently enjoying a fantastic period of growth, and as such we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Together Housing is a leading Housing Association, which improves the lives of thousands across the North of England, from Blackburn & Salford across as far as Hull & Derby.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

The successful candidate will already have existing surveying skills along with proven experience in the delivery of various Investment Programmes. You must also have the ability to produce written reports and presentations. You will be based out of Halifax, Calderdale.

Your Normal Day To Day Duties Would Be

To project manage internal / external refurbishment projects including carrying out designs, contract administration and supervision on site from conception to completion, for planned maintenance housing refurbishment works to the company’s housing stock.

To supervise contracts and to ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications, current regulations and in accordance with the Companies policies and procedures.

To assess the contract maintenance requirements within the Group.

To manage and maintain communal blocks / properties in relation to refurbishments, fire safety improvement works, lift refurbishments and emergency lighting as identified by both the compliance and

Property Asset Management teams.

To manage delivery of aids and adaptation improvements.

In order to fulfil this role, based from Halifax, Calderdale you will require the following key skills, knowledge & experience:

Proven experience of delivery of Investment Programmes on time and within budget.

Proven experience of working within a financial framework.

People management experience

Proven experience of working with contractors on a range of construction projects.

Due to the nature of the role, you will require a full and current driving license, with access to a vehicle insured for business use
