HSDC has an exciting opportunity for a Work Based Trainer to work with apprentices in the workplace. The post holder will coach and train Security apprentices ensuring they have the required knowledge, skills and behaviours to pass End Point Assessment.

Weekly working hours: 37

Working weeks per year: 52

HSDC has an excellent track record in delivering Adult Education programmes and the successful applicant will use this as a platform to build on.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of security provisions and will be experienced, committed and professional. The role will include all aspects of delivering the SIA licence, and all aspects of the security operative. Also, being able to delivery customer service skills or English and Maths would be an advantage.

The post holder will be required to deliver in various locations according to referral agency demand, mostly in the Hampshire/West Sussex area.
