Description

ENGIE are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Stock Controller to be based at Andover, SP10 3LF. This is a permanent, full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 0730 - 1530

You’ll keep track of all stock in and out of the BUE site in line with contractual KPI’s.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain stock control and warehousing systems including electronic and paper-based
  • Control and issue of all store’s consumables, completion of associated paperwork and stock rotation/replenishment
  • Carry out physical stock counts
  • Receive all deliveries and distribute paperwork to correct departments
  • Load/unload materials & plant
  • Manage all data into the warehouse management system for the depot

Please note you must be available to attend BUE site in the event of an emergency deployment and visit a staging post location to keep track and control stock

Qualifications

Qualifications or Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a stock control role
  • Proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems
  • Computer literate especially in Excel
  • Previous experience working in a large plant environment is advantageous
  • 16 tonne FLT licence & HGV Class 2 is desirable

This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential
