Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY
Salary: £10.25 - £12.30p/h
Hours of work: 4 ON 4 OFF 8am - 8pm (days) 8pm - 8am (Nights)
Contract Type: On-going
Sector: Logistics/Supply Chain

A major player in the Supply Chain market is seeking Warehouse Operatives to be based at their Skelmersdale Distribution Centre working a permanent night shift.
This is a brand-new operation with exciting opportunities ahead!

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
" Picking and packing of light goods.
" Achieving the tasks set within agreed time.
" Reporting shortages, completing stock replenishments and moving stock.
" Use of pump trucks
" Adhering to Health and Safety policies on site.
" Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.

An ideal Warehouse Order Picker will hold the following skills and experiences:
" Previous experience working within a warehouse environment ideally within a Distribution industry however this is not essential.
" Have an understanding and Health & Safety legislation and standards.
" Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
" Good level of literacy and numeracy.
" Ability to work within a team to achieve daily targets.
