An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing business in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
You will be a highly organised Office Manager with the ability to manage ever changing workloads, prioritise tasks and be responsible for the day to day operations of the office, overseeing 30-40 colleagues at one time.

The successful Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:


  • Working closely with the Senior Management team and Directors, you will be responsible for the daily management of the office
  • Producing agendas, documentation, and reports
  • Writing and handling internal and external correspondence, screening calls and general administration
  • Ensuring compliance, quality assurance and audit procedures are being adhered to
  • Providing PA support and diary management to the Managing Director and other two Directors when required

To be considered as Office Manager you will have:
  • Experience of day-to-day management within an office.
  • Experience providing effective administrative and operations support, having worked closely with a senior management team and board of directors
  • Must be flexible to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Be a strong, strategic character with a no-nonsense attitude

In return you will receive a salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum dependent on experience, bonus, 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, private health, free parking, & death in service.
