SwadlincoteFrom £26,000 Per Annum Dependant On Experience And SkillsetWe are seeking to hire a competent individual to add to an experienced and friendly Warehouse team, for my well-established client who is based in Swadlincote.This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding family run business and to keep up with their ever-growing demand.You will be given a full induction into the company which includes comprehensive training on their systems to bring you up to speed, as well as bespoke training within the fast-paced and highly technical hand and power tool industry.This is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate.Job Responsibilities
  • Stock control and replenishment
  • Goods In
  • Face-to-face customer service and sales, selling hand and power tools, hardware, fixings, plumbing and work wear to the Trade and Public
  • Creating product displays
  • Cleaning and maintaining a safe warehouse environment
Hours And Salary
  • Alternate working weeks consisting of:
  • Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Alternate Saturday – 7:30am to 5:00pm
  • Fully paid lunch breaks
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse and/or trade counter environment
  • Must be comfortable & preferably knowledgeable in dealing with customers
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Have an excellent level of self-motivation and the ability to work as an individual
  • Excellent time-keeping properties
  • Previous reach truck experience would be beneficial
  • Competent knowledge of hand and power tools, hardware, fixings, and plumbing
