OPERATIONS CONTROLLER

We are looking for an Operations Controller at our Longbridge Lane site, Derby.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Operations Controller you will provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard. Duties include:

  • Utilise all Incora’s operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimised.
  • Populate contents of new training packages and update content of existing training packages as directed in line with internal and external customer requirements ensuring it is effective and quality and customer standards are achieved.
  • Deliver training in line with training schedules ensuring two-way feedback takes place via regular one to one’s and coaching sessions.
  • Perform operational transactions on relevant systems to fulfil all quality and delivery targets to satisfy internal and external customer’s requirements. Complete various reports in line with KPI’s.
  • Adhere to specified customer quality requirements and ensure process adherence and “pathway” compliance is delivered right first time to improve our operational effectiveness.
  • Undertake Team Member duties as and when required to ensure the Warehouse Operations team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader as requested to ensure the team’s performance, especially achievement of quality and delivery targets, process adherence and the relationship with the internal and external customer, is maintained.

  • Some basic administration experience
  • Some experience of manual handling
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Standard level of numeracy and literacy
  • Some experience of supervising a team (desirable)
  • Train the Trainer (desirable)
