Job Summary:
To be an effective member of the Warehouse Operations Team delivering the required daily output in a flexible and professional manager, whilst understanding and achieving the required Company Quality Standards relating to all aspects of the role.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of orders
- Provision of services in accordance with the applicable standards
- Compliance with all delivery deadlines and the related documents
- Performance of tasks in accordance with operational processes to ensure the achievement of the objectives related to the inventory, delivery, and quality in order to meet the customer’s requirements
- Compliance with specific quality requirements and ensuring the physical integrity of the product
- Ensuring that all vehicles, parts, real estate, and company data are properly cared for in order to maintain the level of safety
- Ensuring maintenance of warehouse accuracy in order to achieve acceptable levels of integrity of inventory
- Action all required tasks in accordance with operational processes to ensure targets are met relating to inventory, delivery and quality
- Ensure stock accuracy is maintained to achieve acceptable levels of inventory and integrity
- Adhere to specified customer quality requirements and ensure the physical integrity of the product is maintained, upholding Incora’s position as a respected aerospace company
- Adhere to all delivery timescales and complete associated paperwork accordingly
- Participate in improvement activities at the department/company level to enhance business performance
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy, and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety and Data Protection
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated which are appropriate to the job.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge:
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position
- Good organization of work
- Good attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Diligence and meticulousness in the performance of the entrusted tasks
- Standard level of numeracy and literacy skills
