As a Warehouse Manager at ICT Express, you will play a crucial role in adapting a small team to new ways of working and implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your primary responsibilities will include promoting a positive culture emphasizing safety and efficiency, guiding the team through operational changes, and driving the adoption of a WMS to optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and promote a positive culture emphasizing safety and efficiency within the warehouse.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

· Guide and adapt a small team to embrace new operational methodologies, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

· Drive the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize operations.

· Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition for the team.

· Evaluate current warehouse standards and identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Ideally, possess pallet network experience to effectively manage and optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in a dynamic logistics environment.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to instill a positive culture and drive change.

· Experience in implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

· Adaptable to multi-contract environments and capable of handling diverse operational challenges.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· MHE Experience – To support when and where needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
