• To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the OPERATIONAL STANDARDS and defined outcomes for its responsibility area during shift in individual approach
• To support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards
• Effectively manage your team
• Ensure adequate safety monitoring processes are in place to promote safety first culture
