At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Logistics and Warehouse Manager based in Stirling.

This role operates in a heavily regulated industry and GMP environment and duties are required to be carried out in compliance with all relevant internal procedures, GMP and customer specific documentation.

· The role is intimately aligned with wider Supply Chain Team.

· Managing all warehouse and logistics operations.

· The day to day management of the department, drive to exceed product delivery of KPIs and consistently achieve quality expectations.

· Ensure all cost objectives are met through cost control, efficiency and spend improvements.

· Champion improvements in health & safety and 6S.

· Root Cause, Corrective Action investigations into QHSE issues to drive errors out and work towards Zero Harm

· Develop high performance teams through training & leadership.

· Manage and drive improvement activities and projects within the areas.

· Implementing process improvements to meet requirements.
