STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for an Electronics Manufacturing Manager to work with one of our clients in the West Lothian area.

The job involves running the Test operation in the manufacturing facility, in order to maximise the efficiency of the companies’ product testing. You will manage the team with a focus on:

· Creating and driving test improvement plans

· Managing the department finances in line with budgets

· Keeping the systems updated for the Test department

· Ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times

· Control and reporting of test performance key metrics

· Root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Ensuring Health and Safety adherence

· Day to day management and development of the team

The position would suit a manager who has worked in the electronics manufacturing sector and has a proven track record in management.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
