Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, solutions-oriented marketer with a bias towards action to lead marketing campaigns that will help turbo charge our growth in EMEA. As EMEA Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop and lead through to execution marketing campaign strategies focused on priority segments and products for EMEA, utilising the full marketing mix.

You will build campaigns that are not only backed by customer insight, but also J.P. Morgan Payments global and regional strategic business priorities to drive business growth. Our team sits within J.P. Morgan Payments Marketing where we are tasked with ensuring our payments presence and capabilities are effectively positioned regionally to support the continued growth of our business.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this role will develop and deliver key marketing campaigns designed to help shift the perception of our business across EMEA and raise brand awareness, helping J.P. Morgan Payments in EMEA to not only win new business, but also deepen existing client relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead and run EMEA wide marketing campaigns utilising the full the marketing mix to help deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right format
  • As a key member of the EMEA Marketing Team, represent EMEA interests and desires in internal forums
  • Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders and internal Marketing partners to:
    • Develop and execute innovative, cohesive and holistic campaigns,
    • ensure campaigns are continuously optimised,
    • execute tactics flawlessly,
    • read and report results in a timely manner,
    • share lessons learned with key stakeholders and apply them to future initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, prioritise and lead relevant process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Significant B2B Marketing experience with proven track record of developing and optimising successful multichannel marketing campaigns utilising the full marketing mix
  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix and optimisation strategy
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and job functions, including internal marketing functions such as events, communications, channels and content as well as Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and external Partner teams
  • Strong command of marketing channels and key performance indicators that drive success
  • Ability to design marketing strategy and full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, including above and below the line marketing and partner media
  • Experience in developing and executing complex global or regional projects and navigating a matrix organisation
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and functional partners
  • Embraces change and embodies a continuous improvement mindset
  • Creative thinker, proactive problem solver, agile mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
