Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.What You’ll Do- Work in Supply Chain Planning – VCP IT team to support business operations of Cytiva, including but not limited to demand forecasting and planning of purchasing, manufacturing and distribution
- Monitor performance of the Oracle VCP modules using VDM methods and address the problems identified
- Respond to issues related to SC Planning raised by the business operations teams
- Analyze problems encountered in the planning process, identify root causes and propose resolutions
- Assist in driving architecture enhancements into system to mitigate potential failure points
- Work with cross-functional (design, build, test, process) teams to deliver features and products
- Provide input to the short-term product roadmap and product design
- Engage frequently with or be an integral member of the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, drive feature refinement, conduct testing and validation
- Translate customer requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning
- Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
- Practical knowledge of Oracle eBS system, especially logistics and Supply Chain modules, is a strong advantage
- Ability to create advanced analytical dashboards in Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to prepare advanced SQL queries is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Persistent to completion, identifies and overcomes setbacks and pushes self for results
