What You’ll Do

As the Sourcing Operations ERP Leader, you will be responsible for being the functional expert of the various ERP modules which the Sourcing organization utilizes or impacts their day to day activities. Act as the liaison with the Information Technology group to ensure the platforms and support are performing at a high standard needed to ensure efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Act as the functional expert for the various ERP sourcing/purchasing modules and functionality… iSupplier, iProcurement, BPAs, ASLs, ERS, sourcing rules, supplier maintenance, auto POs, etc.
  • Partner with the various Sourcing stakeholders to standardize processes, functionality, and maximize utilization.
  • Support integration of new sites and businesses as a result or reorganization, merger and acquisition activity
  • Partner with the Information Technology organization to ensure platform stability, timely and accurate day to day support, review and approve enhancement/demand requests, and acts as the gatekeeper for system access.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities for digitization, process simplification, process standardization and cycle reduction to accelerate implementation/leverage and maximize business benefit.
  • Proactively monitor risks, own escalations, mitigation and initiate necessary corrective actions
  • Define and create reporting/dashboarding/metrics as required
  • Provide various operational support to the Sourcing organization as needed which allows them to focus on their primary responsibilities
  • Participate and coordinate testing which would be required based on enhancements and various other technical changes
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or Information Technology roles utilizing the Sourcing/purchasing modules within an ERP. Oracle preferred, SAP secondary
  • High standard of communication, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to get into the genba
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term
  • Strong understanding of the Source to Pay process.
  • Experience using Product Lifecycle Management applications
  • Business level English
  • Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Independent thinker; proven ability to lead across functions; data / fact driven decision maker; change agent; customer focus
  • Ability to plan and manage a range of priorities, and deliver projects to deadline, within an agreed/defined standard
  • Foundation knowledge of operations environments.
  • Ability to identify new and creative solutions to business challenges
  • Experience working / leading in Lean manufacturing environments
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel domestically and internationally (<20%)
