TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR

Holroyd have an interesting and varied role for an enthusiastic, personable administrator. We’re looking for someone who can manage and make travel arrangements for our busy engineers and managers who travel globally.

You will manage the full travel life cycle from initial enquiry through to supporting the traveller until they return. Travel can be very cyclical and can vary from no travel to 2 – 3 trips needing organising at the same time, so the ability to multitask is key.

Essential is an understanding of booking international travel, visa application processes, how to make cost conscious bookings, time factors with layovers and connections, and some familiarity with airport locations.

In addition to supporting employees that travel, you will provide admin support to two senior directors and HR. You should be well organised, confident, commercially minded and enjoy a job with variety and interaction with others.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own workload and interacting with others.

The must haves:

  • Experience of organising international travel, visa applications, and the ability to resolve upcoming issues quickly so travellers feel confident they are supported.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, attention to detail, methodical and a thorough approach.
  • Highly personable, able to build a good working rapport quickly and work with employees at all levels.
  • Experience of online travel systems, computer literate with solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ideally some experience of providing administrative support to senior management and HR.
  • Good GCSE grades in math and English supported by some form of further development in business administration or equivalent experience.

Benefits:
