Transport Administrator(s) required, 4 on 4 off rotating

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Newark for Transport Administrators, this is an excellent opportunity to gain a permanent job with one of the largest logistics companies in the world.

The role of Transport Administrator:

Reporting to a Transport Manager you will be responsible for

  • Liaising with drivers over routes, loads
  • Completing all necessary ’paper work’ for the routes, load
  • Using internal spreadsheets and transport systems such as Paragon
  • Compliance checks on fleets
  • Booking drivers onto shifts
  • Office based environment

Shift pattern(s):

  • 4 on 4 off 0600 till 1800 and 18:00 till 06:00

Starts after successful interview with Transport Manager

  • Experience in a transport office is desired
  • Experience of use of Microsoft Packages such as Excel preferable but full training provided on internal systems provided.
  • People facing role
