As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Training Program Managers, who will evaluate and improve existing training offerings, identify gaps in every area (skills and tools, product knowledge, and so on). products, industry and functional expertise), implement existing training programs and develop new ones as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading training efforts in a dynamic, energetic environment. Specifically, we are looking for a talent development professional with experience managing training programs including content, logistics, facilitation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats. We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused, customer-focused problem solver and a strong leader ready to roll up their sleeves no matter the size of the task - from program logistics management, to content creation, and deep data dives.
The Training Program Manager Team Lead is responsible for developing the roadmap and associated training strategy with the learner in mind, creating and delivering learning experiences through instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, and documentation, managing training logistics and tools, and implementing and maintaining robust measurement to continuously improve the effectiveness of training in a compressed timeframe.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Training Program Managers.
- Identify, define, track, and continuously assess the effectiveness of training, and implement suggestions for improvement across assigned programs.
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs leadership development.
- Proactively drive change and continuous improvement in support of business goals.
- Develop program roadmaps and lead end-to-end management including content management, logistics, communication, delivery and facilitator coordination, analytics and reporting.
- Partner with your internal peers and stakeholders to develop standardisation (where applicable) across multiple other existing programs and training initiatives.
- Create innovative training solutions that are utilised in multiple geographies and languages.
- Continuously looking for ways of simplifying work processes including automating or eliminating work where possible.
- Conduct and maintain needs analysis that uncovers training opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of Training Program Managers while balancing their development and utilisation.
- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
- Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.
- Analyse and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
- Work strategically with a broad group of stakeholders inside the Monetization Integrity organisation and beyond, to capture interdependencies, development opportunities and optimisation of existing training programs.
- Drive adherence to standardised processes and industry best practices learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Considerable professional experience as a Learning Program Manager and/or other roles in the professional Learning & Development sector.
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organisational levels.
- Proven experience leading teams of highly accomplished Program Managers in the L&D field.
- Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, limited data, excellence at prioritising, managing, and completing projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment with quickly changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
- A strong focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis in demonstrating return on investment in training. The qualified candidate will be focused on how training contributes to the company’s bottom line and will have the analytical skills to justify programmatic decisions with data.
- Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences.
- Familiarity and/or experience with program management tools, learning management systems, instructional design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate Suite/Storyline.
