Role:Training Coordinator
Location:Manchester
Remunartion:£20,000 - £25,000 DOE

Role Purpose:
To provide administrative assistance for Training Mechanical & Electrical Surveyors. To support BV UK in training and competency management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • On-Boarding all Field Staff across all the operational groups
  • Provide clear summaries of Training Status to Accreditation Team Leader/Manager for communicating to the Operational Management – weekly and monthly
  • Use of relevant Bureau Veritas Computer Management Systems
  • Support the department in all aspects to deliver the departments training objectives
  • Manage the New Starter training process – Issue joining instructions, training plans, trainer/trainee reports, New starter packs
  • Manage the booking of fit-for-task medicals for on-site engineers
  • Attend weekly calls
  • Manage training queries submitted through the METS Mailbox, by telephone or direct by email
  • Manage and maintain the email distribution lists for Technical roles – Mechanical and Electrical
  • Manage the Training school room booking
  • Any other ad-hoc requests in relation to the role
  • Provide clear summaries of Training Status to Accreditation Team Leader/Manager for communicating to the Operational Management – weekly and monthly
  • Manage and administer the Training Curriculum 2021/2022 at Training School
  • Arrange UK external training
Experience & Skills Required [E]=Essential, [D]=Desirable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills [E]
  • Good Customer Service Skills [E]
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite of products [E]
  • Ability to prioritise own work and manage workload [E]
  • Knowledge and ability to use Computer Management Systems [D]
  • Minimum GCSE Mathematics and English [E]
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role[D]
